Jr. Product Coordinator

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (to be discussed)

Job overview

Be a communications liaison between New Product Development team and Operations (NC) and coordinate the necessary tasks to ensure smooth introduction of new products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate product testing following a checklist;
  • Gather fact-based confirmations from all operations stakeholders to launch a new product;
  • Carry out supplier research for new and existing products;
  • Monitor volume for newly launched products and communicate with the inventory team to ensure good stock levels;
  • Ensure timely ordering of initial stock for new products;
  • Carry out equipment research for new products;
  • Participate in supplier meetings to communicate product needs;
  • Take part in creating and maintaining SOP documents for new, unique products;
  • Communicate any issues and product feedback to the merchandising team;
  • Order product samples upon request.

Our Requirements:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Passionate about marketing and ecommerce
  • Good organizational skills
  • Degree in marketing or business is preferred
  • Great time management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Likes to do things in a structured way
  • Strong attention to detail
